It is with mixed emotions that I write this letter to inform you that I will be moving to my home state of Georgia at the end of July. I look forward to reuniting with my family and friends. I will miss the patients that I have had the honor to take care of during the last 16 years.<\/span><\/p>\n Your medical records will be maintained at the BeachesOBGYN Division of NFOBGYN (my current place of practice) and Dr’s.
