I have been honored to live and practice in the Jacksonville Beach community for the last 16 years.<\/p>\n<p>It is with mixed emotions that I write this letter to inform you that I will be moving to my home state of Georgia at the end of July. I look forward to reuniting with my family and friends. I will miss the patients that I have had the honor to take care of durin<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">g the last 16 years.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>Your medical records will be maintained at the BeachesOBGYN Division of NFOBGYN (my current place of practice) and Dr&#8217;s.
