Can your child be seen without coming into the office?
For established patients, we can offer telehealth visits under the right circumstance. Please call our office to see if a telemedicine appointment is appropriate.
Tips for a Great Telemedicine Visit
- Please have your child with you in a well-lit room that is as quiet and free of distractions as possible.
- Visits will work best with your smartphone.
- Try to log in 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Please log in using the patient’s name.
- Tools to have available – a thermometer, a flashlight or other light source, and your child’s weight or a scale.
- The doctor may have you help with your child’s physical exam, like push on their belly, and take their temperature, amongst other things.

We absolutely love Dr. Mak! She is the most caring doctor who actually listens to your concerns. She is so welcoming and I know she genuinely cares about my girls. The new office is wonderful and we are so happy to have her as our pediatrician.

I don’t normally do reviews, but my kids love Dr. Mak, and so do I. She is relaxed and gentle, and really puts us all at ease. I find her very knowledgeable and always happy to answer all my questions. We’re so lucky to have her!

Dr. Mak’s new practice is fantastic! I love her personal touches in the extra time she spends talking about concerns, examining and caring for my child, doing shots herself, and down to the office atmosphere she’s created.
