James Neal Esserman, MD, FACOG

James Neal Esserman, MD, FACOG, is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist with more than 40 years of experience caring for women in the Miami community. A graduate of Harvard College and University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, he completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. He has dedicated his career to advancing quality care, patient safety, and compassionate treatment of women at every stage of life.
Dr. Esserman has held several key leadership positions, including Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baptist and South Miami Hospitals. He is currently on the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Advisory Committee at Baptist Hospital. He has served on the Executive Board as vice president of Vital MD from 2004 to the present time. He is affiliated with both Baptist and South Miami Hospitals.
Recognized for his excellence in the field, Dr. Esserman has received multiple honors, including America’s Top Obstetricians & Gynecologists, U.S. News & World Report Top Doctor, and the Patient’s Choice Award. He has also received the Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Miami Obstetrics and Gynecology Alumni Society in recognition of outstanding service in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Oscar Morales, MD, is a bilingual board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with more than 40 years of experience serving women in the Miami community. He earned his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Throughout his career, Dr. Morales has provided comprehensive, patient-centered care to women across all stages of adulthood. He is a bilingual board-certified.
Dr. Morales is affiliated with Baptist Hospital of Miami and South Miami Hospital and continues to welcome new patients. He provides care to adults and older adults and speaks English. He has been certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1985 and is known for delivering skilled, compassionate care tailored to the needs of each patient.

Tiffanie Fair, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
Tiffanie Fair is a South Florida native with a strong dedication to women’s health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami and gained valuable experience working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the Labor and Delivery department. Tiffanie then advanced her career by earning her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Barry University, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Tiffanie’s practice focuses on empowering and educating women about their health at every stage of life. She provides guidance on a range of topics, including contraception and menopause, and works with patients to help them navigate other health concerns. Her goal is to ensure every woman feels informed, confident, and supported in making the best choices for her well-being.
Tiffanie is an active member of the Nurse Practitioner Council of Miami-Dade County and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Outside of her practice, Tiffanie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cheering on the Miami Hurricanes.
