Dr. Arlene Phipps was born in NY and raised in Dominican Republic.<\/p>\n

She earned her medical degree at Universidad Iberoamericana in Dominican Republic and completed her residency training at BronxCare Health System, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Bronx, New York.<\/p>\n

Her clinical interests include High risk pregnancy, Fibroids and Minimally Invasive procedures.<\/p>\n

Dr. Phipps is board-certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is affiliated with West Boca Medical Center.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
