Katherine began her professional career as a Registered Nurse, at Baptist Hospital, gaining clinical experience, in a medical\/surgical unit, while finishing her Master\u2019s degree.<\/p>\n
After three years of bedside nursing, she embarked on her twenty-year journey as a Nurse Practitioner, focusing on women\u2019s health, beginning in Gynecologic Oncology at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, for seven years. The knowledge, compassion, and drive that started and blossomed in the oncology setting is what has made her into the Nurse Practitioner she is today, and she has continued to be passionate about the care of women in the outpatient Gynecologic setting for the last thirteen years.<\/p>\n
She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. In her off time, Katherine enjoys the outdoors, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.<\/p>\n<\/div>

She will put your mind at ease while also always taking the appropriate steps to rule out any concern. She is very thorough and is just so easy to talk to. She is always open to discussing new ideas and new ways to tackle my PCOS. I recommend her always for everyone.
