\nVisits are by appointments only. Please arrive 10 mins prior to appointment time. This allows the staff time to update any required information (forms, insurance, etc)<\/p>\n

Walk-ins<\/strong>
\nWalk-in patients without scheduled appointments will be offered the next available appointment<\/p>\n

Late arrivals<\/strong>
\nWe encourage you to call the office If running late. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule for a later time if available<\/p>\n

Forms + Paperwork<\/strong>
\nForms dropped off in office may take up to 3 business days.<\/p>\n

FMLA paperwork, insurance letters or any letter on behalf of the patient may have a 7-10 day turnaround time . The office will call when they are complete.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
