Many of my cancer patients wonder what is next after their cancer has been treated and they are labeled a \u201csurvivor.\u201d One of the major goals of our team is to enhance cancer survivorship, both in terms of improving cancer \u201ccure\u201d rates and in terms of improving quality of life after cancer treatment. It is an area of research with rapid advances taking place each day.
