Laura Briz is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, board-certified in Women\u2019s health. Laura is a member of the NPWH (Nurse Practitioners in Women\u2019s Health) and each of her certifications was earned through the NCC (National Certification Corporation).<\/p>\n

Laura became a registered nurse in 2003 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Barry University in 2005. She is also certified as an Inpatient Obstetric Nurse and gained over ten years of experience working in Labor & Delivery with Baptist Health South Florida. She then graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Frontier Nursing University in 2014.<\/p>\n

After years of furthering her education and gaining firsthand experience, Laura has been able to fulfill her goal and help the people around her. She especially enjoys working in Women\u2019s Health ensuring her patients have a trusting individual to open up to about topics they may otherwise find embarrassing to discuss. As a woman, she recognizes the importance of having a dependable medical professional to confide in.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Ever since she was a young child, Laura always dreamed of becoming a nurse. She was inspired by the care and dedication she experienced firsthand by watching the nurses who treated her, as well as her family members, throughout her youth. It was their compassion and excellent bedside manner that made Laura realize she wanted to start a career in such an important and respectable field. Laura is happily married and the proud mother of two beautiful children, Victoria and Joshua. In her free time, Laura enjoys cooking, boating and spending time with her family.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Dr. Sacks delivered both of my beautiful children, and he also removed my tubes today. I cannot say enough good things about him and his entire office! I\u2019ve always been uncomfortable around male doctors, and he instantly made me feel at ease. He is a real person, and gives you real answers. He doesn\u2019t sugar coat, and that\u2019s my favorite thing about him. Let\u2019s be real, the woman\u2019s body is an uncomfortable topic for everyone, and he gets that. I would, and do recommend Dr.Sacks to anyone who is considering him.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/blockquote>

Let me say Dr. Sacks & his office staff is amazing. I truly feel so close to them like family as I have been with them since young adult. I have been Dr. Sacks patient throughout near all my pregnancies and he delivered 7 of 8 of my children. Hes the only one i ever trusted and felt comfortable with. I can only say good things about him and if you choose him as your obgyn you will NOT be making a mistake.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/blockquote>

My first visit here and I\u2019m glad I found them. I was the only one in the waiting room when I arrived and I only sat for maybe a few minutes (due to paperwork). I was seen fast and that\u2019s what I like when I go to a doctor. Some places make you wait forever to get in a room and once you are in there you wait even longer to be seen. The nurse\/midwife was awesome. She talked to me and made me feel comfortable. She was easy to talk to.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/blockquote>

I have been a patient of Dr. Sacks for over ten years now. He is amazing. He has provided me with excellent care for both my daughters and is currently helping me through my beautiful twin set of boys. Dr Sacks listens to my concerns and provides accurate feed back. I am not an individual that doesn\u2019t question things, I honestly question just about everything and he always satisfies those questions. There has been times where he was unable to quickly answer concerns that i may have, but he would always find out and would never send me home wondering. My entire family is or at one point has received care from him. My personal experiences with Dr. Sacs and his team has been a phenomenal one. I have recommended him to several friends and loved ones and would continue to do so.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/blockquote>

Dr. Sacks delivered my middle child in 2014 and it was by far my best pregnancy expierence. He made me feel so comfortable and he truly cared about my concerns. I recently had a baby with a different OB due to moving an hour away and seriously missed Dr Sacks and wished I could have still been seeing him for that pregnancy as well. I would hands down reccomend him for anyone looking for an excellent OB with terrific bedside manner.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/blockquote>

I took my elderly mother to see Dr. Sacks when she was having some problems. Even though she wasn\u2019t an established patient, he fit her into his busy schedule and was just great.
