Dr. Kim Bango
Family Medicine Physician
Kim L. Bango, M.D. is a board certified Family Medicine physician who has been in practice for over 20 years. She received her medical degree from the Universidad Central De Este in the Dominican Republic in 1998 and later completed her internship and residency in Family Medicine at Akron General Medical Center. Dr. Bango enjoys treating a variety of issues seen in Family Medicine especially the opportunity to care for families as a whole. Her special interests include women’s health care, diabetes, and dermatology.
As a physician, she deeply values the importance of building long term, personal relationships with her patients and strives to be their partner in everyday health care.
Dr. Bango is a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Florida Medical Association, and American Medical Association. She is fluent in both English and Spanish
In her free time, Dr. Bango takes pleasure in spending time with her husband and three young daughters, boating and traveling.
