Dr. Kaiser grew up in the Orlando area. She attended Lake Brantley High School, and then left the Orlando area to pursue her education. She returned to Orlando in 1995 and started practicing Colon and Rectal Surgery in 1996.

She initially joined Dr Nelson Brouillette in Winter Park, Florida After his retirement, she continued as a solo practitioner in Winter Park and is entering her 26th year of practice.
Her professional memberships include Fellow American College of Surgeons (FACS) and Fellow American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery (FASCRS). She is board certified by the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery. She is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Central
Florida School of Medicine. Dr. Kaiser was the first female Colon and Rectal Surgeon in the Orlando area. She has been married to her husband, John, since 1999. She has a 21-yr-old son, 2 adult stepsons, and 2 grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys boating, scuba diving and traveling.
