Fort Lauderdale has been Dr. France Bourget’s home for fourteen years now. Since opening the doors of Women at Bayview in 2004, Dr. Bourget has been a staple of healthcare in her patient’s lives. Her compassionate, thorough approach to healthcare has earned the trust of the wonderful women of our community, from Ft. Lauderdale to all of South Florida.

Dr. Svetlana Maslyak is a board-certified OB/GYN who has been licensed by the states of Florida and New Jersey. An award-winning physician with extensive experience in her field, Dr. Maslyak is also the co-founder and owner of Women to Women OB GYN Care in Hollywood, Florida. She graduated from the Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University in Ukraine in 1987 and then moved to the United States, where she completed her residency at Rutgers ew Jersey Medical School Highly skilled in all areas of obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Maslyak seamlessly transitions between handling routine care and complicated surgeries on a regular basis. She practices a collaborative approach and strives to educate women on their feminine health. Now a happily married mother of two herself, Dr. Maslyak has wanted to focus on female-centered care since she was a young girl growing up in her native Ukraine. Dr. Maslyak lives in close proximity to her office and affiliate hospitals, allowing her to be easily reached in emergency situations. She speaks fluent English, Russian, and Spanish, and especially welcomes members of the Ukrainian and Russian community to see her for general gynecological and obstetric care.

Dr. Shrusan Gray is a Board-Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist, licensed by the State of Florida and New York and is an award-winning physician with an outstanding Ivy League education with extensive experience in her field. She is the co-founder and owner of Women to Women OB/GYN. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, Dr. Gray has been practicing medicine for over 15 years. She is affiliated with several South Florida hospitals, including Memorial Hospital West and Memorial Regional Hospital. Dr. Gray is highly skilled in all areas of obstetrics and gynecology and is adept at handling routine care and complicated issues requiring surgery and long-term care. In addition, she serves international patients from throughout the Caribbean, South America and Europe.

Dr. A. Jothivijayarani, the founder of Womens Care of Bradenton in Bradenton, Florida, has been working in private practice for over thirty years.

Dr Camil Marrero was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and before going to medical school, she completed a Master in Public Health. Dr Marrero completed her medical education at the Medical Sciences Campus in San Juan, Puerto Rico. During her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology she served as Chair and Vice Chair of the Junior Fellows of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr Marrero is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and an active staff in Plantation General Hospital and Westside Regional Hospital; with expertise in Minimally Invasive Laparoscopic Surgery including the Da Vinci Robotic System. Dr Marrero has a complete scope of knowledge in Obstetrics and Gynecology including cancer screening, vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, colposcopies, open and laparoscopic hysterectomies, open and laparoscopic myomectomies, STD testing, ectopic pregnancies, menopause symptoms, vaginal dryness, endometriosis and pelvic pain.

I spent the first few years of private practice in a large practice where I had the opportunity to meet many wonderful patients. In July 2009, I decided to begin my own practice, which has allowed me to practice medicine the way I have always wanted to.

Dr. Hara Rosen Berger is a board-certified Endocrinologist. She completed her fellowship in Endocrinology at the University of Miami and Jackson Memorial Hospital where she was Chief Fellow. She enjoys practicing general endocrinology and has a special emphasis on women’s reproductive endocrine issues (polycystic ovarian syndrome, infertility, female athlete triad, endocrine disorders in pregnancy, menopause management, osteoporosis, and metabolic syndrome) and thyroid disorders (hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, thyroid disease in pregnancy, and thyroid nodules). She is expert in thyroid ultrasound and performs thyroid nodules biopsies. She is on faculty at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and lectures at the medical school and local hospitals on topics related to reproductive endocrinology. Dr. Berger has a warm personality and is dedicated to providing patients with the best medical care. She is excited to be returning to her hometown of Boca Raton and joining Women’s Health Partners.

Dr. Lauren Feingold has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology in Boca Raton since 2005. She received a B.S. Degree at Binghamton University and graduated Cum Laude with a major in Biology. She earned her medical degree at New York College Of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001. She then completed a four year residency program at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, New York, where she was Chief Resident in her final year. She received her board certification in January 2008.

Dr. Kristine Tibavisky was born in Ft. Lauderdale, and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. She graduated cum laude from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience. She was a charter class member of the University of Central Florida College of Medicine and graduated in 2014. She completed her residency training at the University of Florida College of Medicine- Jacksonville. In her free time she enjoys traveling with her husband, movies, music, and spending time with her family. She is thrilled to return to her home town and join Women’s Health Partners. She brings the same philosophies and commitment to patient care you have come to expect at Women’s Health Partners.

Dr. Kaufman has been practicing in South Florida since 1986. His college education was completed at Penn State University and he graduated and trained at Temple University Medical School and Hospital where he was Chief Resident. His practice is now limited to Gynecology where he specializes in minimally invasive surgical techniques for fibroids, abnormal menses, tubal sterilization, and stress incontinence. Dr. Kaufman also treats menopause and libido issues including natural hormone therapies. He believes in helping the patient understand the reasons behind their treatment as well as careful attention to patient safety when performing surgery.

Dr. Newman has been practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology in Boca Raton since 1988. He combines his 30 years of experience with a kind and calm demeanor to provide the highest quality of care in obstetrics, gynecology, and gynecologic surgery.

Dr. Susan Beil graduated from Stanford University in 1979 and received her M.D. at S.U.N.Y. Stony Brook. After teaching at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Dr. Beil relocated to South Florida to teach at the University of Miami. Dr. Beil has been in Boca Raton since 1992 and has recently restricted her practice to women’s gynecological care. Her interests are adolescent medicine, menopausal management and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Beil spends time educating her patients to be active participants in their healthcare.

Dr. Rudolph has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology in Boca Raton since 1994. The daughter of a prominent Miami Ob-Gyn, she received her undergraduate degree at Barnard College, Columbia University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr Rudolph earned her medical degree at The University of Health Sciences/ The Chicago Medical School. She completed her residency training at The University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital where she was Chief Resident. Dr Rudolph, a native Floridian, resides in Boca Raton with her husband and two daughters. Her passion as a physician is providing exceptional medical care, in a warm compassionate manner at every stage of life. She is currently the chairperson of the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Boca Raton Regional Hospital.

Dr. Arcelin graduated from Tufts university with a double major in biology and international relations in 1989. In 1993, he graduated from the Georgetown University School of Medicine. He continued his education with a four year residency training program in obstetrics & gynecology at the University of Florida Health Science Center. He was Chief Resident in his final year and he obtained his board certification in 1999. He has been in private practice since 1997. His area of interest has been in advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic gynecologic techniques, minimally invasive surgery, including the use of the da Vinci Robotic Surgery System. Habla Español. Dr. Gostal Arcelin is one of the few Palm Beach surgeons certified to perform da Vinci single” incision robotic surgery using a single tiny, 1-2 cm incision at the umbilicus. This allows for a greater likelihood of a fast recovery and excellent clinical outcomes. He was the chairman of the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at West Boca Medical Center (2012-2014). Dr. Arcelin also serves as an Affiliate Assistant Professor of of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University.

Dr. Rachel Ciaccio graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. She received her medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. She completed her residency training at Winthrop University Hospital on Long Island. The final year she served as Chief Resident. She became board certified in 2004. She subsequently was in private practice in Westerly, RI for five years, during which time she also served as chief of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is pleased to return to her home town by joining Women’s Health Partners and looks forward continuing to bring kindness and excellent care to her patients. She is currently the chairperson of the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at West Boca Medical Center.

Dr. Tara Ruberg graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2007 with a degree in Neuroscience and French. She received her medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago, IL. While attending medical school, she started a non-profit organization focused on providing preventive health screening and education to uninsured women, inspiring her passion for Women’s Health. She then completed her residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, OH. After residency, she was in practice in Philadelphia for four years before moving to Boca Raton. She is board certified as well as a certified menopause practitioner. Her interests include contraception counseling, infertility, and care of peri- and postmenopausal women. She also has a special interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and has 8 years of experience performing surgery with the da Vinci Robotic Surgical System. Dr. Ruberg is committed to providing high-quality care and counseling to empower her patients to make the best choices for their individual healthcare needs. Dr. Ellman is a Board Certified OB/GYN who established his medical practice in South Florida over 25 years ago.

Dr. Delgado went to medical school at Temple University School of Medicine and did her residency at University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital. She has done numerous research studies and volunteers with the "Big Friends" program and multiple philanthropic health organizations.

Dr. Michael C Muresan is an Obstetrics / Gynecology Specialist in Miami, Florida. He graduated with honors in 2008 and has more than 12 years of diverse experiences, especially in Obstetrics/Gynecology.

Dr. Jose I. Iparraguirre was born in Cuba and has been living in Florida for 50 years and counting. He went to Puerto Rico for medical school and returned to Miami for his residency and to join the Women's Personal Physicians OB/GYN practice, where he sees patients today. Dr. Iparraguirre is married and has three children. He speaks English and Spanish.

Dr. Larry S. Spiegelman is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. He was born and raised in Miami, FL, where he also attended medical school. However, he attended Dartmouth College in New Hampshire for his undergraduate studies and Harvard Medical School for his residency. Dr. Spiegelman is married and has two children. When he isn't seeing patients, you might find him enjoying a game of tennis. He speaks English and Spanish.

Dr. Elizabeth Updike is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She was born and raised in Miami, Florida and attended the University of Georgia and Michigan State University for her undergraduate and medical degrees, respectively. She completed her residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Updike enjoys ballet and dance, and she's a UM football fan. She speaks English and Spanish.

Dr. Monzon works for Women's Personal Physicians, LLC. He attended the University Of Miami School Of Medicine and specializes in Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Dr. Sanchez-Rauder, MD is a practicing OBGYN (Obstetrician & Gynecologist) in Miami, FL. He completed a residency at Jackson Health System. In addition to English, Dr. Sanchez-Rauder's practice supports these languages: Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.

Obstetrician and Gynecologist, Dr. Daniel Bolet, was trained at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. He is married and has one son.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Yavagal is a loving wife and caring mother of two kids. She balances her home and work life well, keeping time to cook, read, and do activities with her family and friends. She also loves to travel and learn about different places throughout the world. In her local community, she spreads awareness to women about urinary incontinence and pelvic floor disorders. She has always loved education, and one of her passions is to educate others. While Dr. Yavagal is a hard-working physician, she makes sure that she has time to care for her family and friends alongside doing the other things she enjoys.
