Dr. Barbara Noel, a board-certified gynecologist, began her career in her native New York, as a graduate of the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency training at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, a regional perinatal center specializing in High-Risk pregnancies. Dr. Noel served as a Chief Resident during her training at Maimonides. Dedicated to the wellness of women around the world, Dr. Noel completed medical missions and volunteer medical training in India and Haiti. She then practiced in the community setting as an attending physician at the Ryan Health Center in Manhattan, NY, affiliated with Roosevelt Hospital (affiliate of Columbia U. and now Weill-Cornell Medicine). She focused on women’s health and education in a very diverse setting.
Dr. Noel ultimately decided to settle in sunny Florida. She privately practiced Obstetrics and Gynecology for 15 years in Fort Lauderdale. She subsequently re-located her practice to Coral Springs. She now provides gynecological care only with an emphasis on Wellness. She is affiliated with Holy Cross Hospital (Fort Lauderdale), where she served as Chief of the OB/GYN Dept. in the past, Broward Health (Imperial Point), HCA Northwest Medical Center (Margate), HCA Woodmont Hospital (Tamarac), and HCA University Hospital (Davie). Her service has been recognized by awards in teaching and clinical leadership. Her most valued recognition is from her patients whom she has served. Dr. Noel always serves with compassion and understanding.
When not practicing, Dr. Noel enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, enjoying the arts and sciences, and traveling.

Dr Noel is truly the best Gynecologist. She will sit and listen to all of your concerns and explain everything to you in detail. She will put your mind at ease while also always taking the appropriate steps to rule out any concern. She is very thorough and is just so easy to talk to. She is always open to discussing new ideas and new ways to tackle my PCOS. I recommend her always for everyone. Her office staff is also very efficient and the office itself is so modern and beautiful. Overall, just great experience, great Doctor, everything’s great!

Dr. Noel is the best obstetrician and is very professional and really listens to her patients. She is easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable. On top of that, everyone in the office is friendly, courteous, and helpful. The office is extremely clean and pristine. I highly recommend Dr. Noel.
I have known Dr. Noel for almost 12 years She delivered my 2nd son and I would not have had it any other way. Dr. Noel has the most caring bed side manners, she is kind, professional and connects easily with her patients. I have not seen her in 5 year’s and when I recently had to meet with her, it was as if no time had passed since my last visit. So grateful I met Dr. Noel so many years ago, and I will continue to be her patient no matter the distance.
Dr. Noel is an amazing, attentive, helpful and thorough doctor. I have been with her for several years. Her staff is clean, nice, and efficient. They follow up immediately on all tests. I even got my mammogram results from her the same day of the test!!! She’s so easy to talk to, too. The office is super clean, and I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointment.
