Dr. Valerie Simon

Valerie Simon is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She earned two bachelor’s degrees, first at the University of Florida in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a bachelor’s in Nursing from Marymount University. She subsequently earned a master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University.

Valerie has 15 years of high-risk obstetric experience as a labor and delivery nurse. She started her career at Virginia Hospital Center where she worked for 6 years before relocating to South Florida. She then worked at Memorial Regional Hospital for an additional 9 years and also served as the perinatal high risk navigator. With a passion for Women’s Health, Valerie is dedicated to the wellbeing of her patients. With the ability to speak multiple languages, she finds it helpful to communicate with patients in their native languages of French, Creole and Spanish.

When not at work, Valerie enjoys traveling the world, cooking and spending time with her family including her two children and dog Kuro.
