Dr. Ronald Sancetta is dedicated to focusing on women’s health and wellness. Since 1989, when Dr. Sancetta opened his obstetric and gynecologic office, he has delivered over 4,500 babies. Throughout that time, he has maintained his natural approach to obstetric care with a focus of attention on achieving a vaginal birth, when possible. Dr. Sancetta also focuses on allowing a woman with previous cesarean section the chance to deliver the baby vaginally. His success rate for this is over 80%. In addition to obstetrics, Dr. Sancetta practices gynecology with a focus on holistic approach and avoidance or unnecessary procedures or surgery, when possible. His care is patient centered to allow patients to be a part of their treatment plans. Dr. Sancetta offers medical and/or surgical treatment options when appropriate for the patient. He offers minimally invasive surgery and alternative treatments to hysterectomy. He has recently brought in a nurse practitioner to his practice, who is in training to become a certified nurse midwife, who embraces his holistic management approach to care.
