Christine Z. Christiansen, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC was born and raised in Miami, FL. She attended Miami Dade College where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She began her nursing career as a labor and delivery nurse at Mercy Hospital. After four years of caring for women during the labor and delivery process, she transitioned into pediatrics. For two and a half years she worked in the pediatric intensive care unit at Holtz Children’s Hospital/ Jackson Memorial Hospital taking care of the most critical patients before returning to labor and delivery. While working as a charge nurse in the labor and delivery unit of Mercy Hospital, she pursued a Master of Science in Nursing at St. Thomas University. She became a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and joined Bayshore Women’s Healthcare in 2023. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
