Choosing a Birth Control for You
There are many methods when it comes to birth control. Depending on your situation and desired outcome, Dr. Zeng will provide birth control that will best work for you. The pill is the most common form of birth control. In addition to the pill, there are also different kinds of patches, vaginal rings such as IUDs. Whatever method you choose, it is important to consider safety and timing. We can help with both.
Reproductive Health Education
Although every family circumstance is different, it is important to understand how your body works to prevent or start planning for children. Dr. Zeng has access to great sources of education. You will learn the best practices, when to start implementing them and the risks involved. If you have specific questions regarding reproductive health, Dr. Zeng will provide some much-needed guidance.
Fellowship in Family Planning
Planning for a family can be awkward and stressful. It is often a personal matter. Dr. Zeng understands that it can be uncomfortable. Her primary concern is helping you achieve the result you want. It’s important to her that you can come to our office with any worries or questions. No matter what your situation may be, Dr. Zeng is there to lend a hand.
Natural Family Planning
For couples with personal objections to other forms of contraception, natural family planning is always an option. There are three forms of this: one, the ovulation method, which uses cervical mucus to track ovulation; two, the symptothermal method for tracking temperature and, three, the rhythm method, which allows women to keep track based on previous menstrual cycles.
