Conceptions Florida: Center for Fertility and Genetics specializes in the comprehensive care of couples facing fertility challenges. Dr. Hernandez-Rey is the medical director and is triple-board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility; Obstetrics and Gynecology; and Surgery.

Armando Hernandez-Rey, MD is a board-certified reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist.

Dr. Sangita JindalPH.D.

Sangita K. Jindal, PhD, HCLD is Associate Professor and IVF Laboratory Director at Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx NY. She received her PhD in reproductive physiology at the University of Toronto. In addition to directing clinical labs and ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies, Sangita teaches REI fellows and mentors clinical research.

Dr. Neil GoodmanReproductive Endocrinologist

Dr. Neil Goodman is a board-certified endocrinologist in Miami with a focus on reproductive health issues. Doctor Goodman has been practicing in Miami since 1974 and has specialized in reproductive medicine and infertility for almost 40 years.

Maggie GonzalezPhysician Assistant

Maggie Gonzalez PA-C, MMS graduated from Nova Southeastern University PA Program in 2004 followed by a Trauma/General Surgery and Critical Care Residency at JMH/Ryder Trauma Center completed in 2005. She practiced as Chief Physician Assistant at Memorial Regional Hospital in Trauma/General Surgery and Critical Care for 11 years.

Jackelyn GoldenMSN, ARNP, FNP- BC

Jackelyn Golden MSN, ARNP, FNP- BC is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who began her nursing career in 2014 after completing her bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Miami. She worked as a registered nurse in maternal and infant health at Baptist Hospital of South Florida for four years.

Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Service

Fertility Preservation

Dr. Armando Hernandez-Rey offers safe options for women who want to freeze their eggs to preserve their fertility. With new technology that freezes eggs very quickly, called vitrification, doctors can achieve a 70% to 80% fertilization rate with thawed eggs.
