Natalia Alejandro, MD, FACOG

Dr. Natalia Alejandro is a dedicated OBGYN with a passion for women’s health and community service. After completing a residency at the University of Puerto Rico, Dr Alejandro moved to Leesburg in 2011, ready to make a meaningful impact in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2015.

For over eleven years, Dr Alejandro practiced in Leesburg, establishing a reputation for compassionate care and a commitment to the well-being of patients. During this time, she developed specialized interests in various areas of women’s health, including prenatal and postpartum care, menopause treatment, hormonal balance, and weight management.

In pursuit of a balanced family life, Dr Alejandro took a brief hiatus from private practice to focus on starting a family, cherishing the moments spent with loved ones. Now, she is excited to return to the community, ready to continue providing comprehensive care that addresses the unique needs of women at every stage of life.

Outside of work, Dr Alejandro enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, dedicating quality time to family, and staying active through various fitness routines. With a holistic approach to health, she is committed to empowering women to lead healthy, fulfilling lives.
