Carlos Jaen graduated from the Miami Dade College Physician Assistant Program in 2019, receiving his diploma with the highest honor. He obtained his board certification through the NCCPA and received his license from the state of Florida. As part of his academic curriculum, he rotated in a variety of outpatient clinics and inpatient hospitals where he obtained experience in the diagnosis and treatment of various conditions in primary care and dermatology. Following his graduation, Carlos worked in a primary care and infectious disease clinic. Having worked in different environments and with patients from diverse backgrounds, he gained profound experience working in these contexts.

He joined Lamas Medical in September 2021 and is currently focusing on the diagnosis, management, and treatment of a wide variety of atopic conditions such as allergic rhinitis, allergic contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, contact urticaria, and chronic spontaneous urticaria. His goal is to empower patients with knowledge of their medical conditions. He provides a compassionate approach to medical treatment, which he believes is paramount in resolving medical conditions.

Carlos was born in Nicaragua and has lived in multiple countries throughout the world. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian.
