About Dr. Fouad

Dr. Lina Fouad is a double board-certified OB/GYN and Obesity Medicine Diplomate caring for women in St. Augustine and throughout Northeast Florida. She’s a distinguished leader in women’s health combining her advanced clinical expertise with a compassionate, clear approach to help women feel informed and confident in their care.

With extensive experience in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, Dr. Fouad completed a prestigious two-year American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL) Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (FMIGS) at Mayo Clinic. During her fellowship, she performed more than 1,400 surgeries, honing her skills in advanced techniques and patient-centered surgical care.

From annual women’s health exams to concerns such as pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, hormone changes, and reproductive health, Dr. Fouad approaches care with clarity and intention, helping patients understand their options without feeling overwhelmed. She also offers support for medical weight management, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and aesthetic enhancements.
