GAIL CULBERT, PN, DMS
Gail Culbert, PN, DMS is a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. She is a Georgia native where she received her nursing education, before advancing into the field of ultrasound. She received much of her training through University/UF Shands.
In 1989, a young Dr. Garcia hired Gail as an OBGYN sonographer at Riverside Clinic, and so continued with him when he began his own practice at Baptist Medical Center 2 years later. Always wanting to remain on the cutting edge of technology, we have invested in the newest and best equipment available, and continue to attend many training modules which have allowed us to specialize and expand our GYN and OB services to include Saline-Infused Sonohystograms and 4D technology. For high risk OB conditions, Gail works closely with Regional Obstetric Consultants(ROC), to jointly manage and monitor the progress of baby and mother.
Gail is married to Jim Culbert and they have 2 grown sons, who were both delivered by Dr. Garcia. Gail’s focus on a healthy lifestyle led to her 2nd professional passion of being a certified Jazzercise instructor.

I love the staff of river city. My whole pregnancy went smoothly with these great people. Kendra Gillespie is a gem of a person, she treated me so well with all the complications I had. The sonography lady gave a detailed explanation of the baby parts. I loved both of them…On delivery day Gillespie took utmost care of me even when it’s 10:30 pm in the night and nurses in Baptist helped me for safe delivery. I would recommend this place for people who are expecting babies❤️

I took my elderly neighbor to this office, they were all kind to her and treated her kindly. They were amazing and work with you to make sure your appointment time works for you a well as them and they don’t leave you sitting there like many doctors office’s do. I will definitely recommend them during these unsettling times.
