We understand that any medical procedure is nerve-wracking enough without having to go to a strange place to have the procedure performed by someone you’ve never met. That’s why there are several simple procedures that we offer in office, at an appointment time that is convenient for you. Our doctors and technicians perform:
Telephone
Gynecological Sonograms:
Ultrasound used to diagnosis abnormalities or conditions
Sonohystograms:
A specialized ultrasound procedure used to identify fibroids, polyps, bleeding, and other uterine abnormalities
Nexplanon:
A birth-control/contraception implant that is inserted under the skin of the arm and lasts for up to 3 years
IUDs:
Mirena, Skyla, Kyleena, Liletta, or Paragard is implanted within the uterus for the prevention of pregnancy
LEEP:
For the diagnosis and treatment of cervical dysplasia caused by HPV or other causes
Colposcopy:
For thorough follow up or screening after an abnormal PAP smear result
Laser Ablation:
A simple outpatient procedure for the care and treatment of cervical dysplasia
IUI:
Introduction of sperm and/or insertion of prepared sperm pellets directly into the uterine environment to enhance chances of conception
Amniocentesis:
Used to determine fetal lung maturity
Urodynamics:
Used to diagnose the cause and proper course of treatment for urinary issues
Hormone Therapy:
Treatments featuring BHRT or pellets for replacement or balanced replenishment
Hysteroscopic Essure:
A non-surgical, hormone-free procedure for permanent birth control

I love the staff of river city. My whole pregnancy went smoothly with these great people. Kendra Gillespie is a gem of a person, she treated me so well with all the complications I had. The sonography lady gave a detailed explanation of the baby parts. I loved both of them…On delivery day Gillespie took utmost care of me even when it’s 10:30 pm in the night and nurses in Baptist helped me for safe delivery. I would recommend this place for people who are expecting babies❤️
