We accept cash, check and credit cards
We are contracted with the majority of plans within Florida Blue, Cigna, Aetna, AvMed, United Healthcare, Humana and many others.  However, there are certain plans within the Insurance companies that we are not considered “in-network” with. You can contact our office and we can check our most recent list, but since things change frequently, we strongly recommend all patients verify with their insurance carrier that our providers are considered in-network for the plan they are considering.
As per your contract with your insurance, copays are to be paid at the time of service. No matter who brings your child to the visit, we expect copays and balances for past deductibles, coinsurance, etc. to be paid at the time of service. To facilitate this, we have created a credit card on file program. Be sure to ask about this service.
We are part of FirstCall, an after-hours nursing triage call center that operates after-hours during the week as well as on holidays and weekends. This service is run by nurses that are specifically and extensively trained in pediatrics, usually in an ICU or ER setting, so you can be assured that they are highly qualified. They will address any concerns that occur after-hours and if needed, will contact the physician that is on call to further discuss and help manage your concern.
We ask that you limit these calls for concerns that cannot wait until regular business hours. These calls should not be to schedule appointments, reschedule appointments, request forms, etc.
