Luella Pye has been the office manager here at Ladies First OB/GYN since we opened in 2009. Luella has been working in the medical field since 1997 when she started as a medical assistant. Driven and eager to learn, she soon learned every aspect of the medical office and advanced her career to what it is today. When it comes to caring for our patients, Luella is the embodiment of compassion and concern, eagerly going the extra mile for every patient.

Dr. Castellanos can come off tricky at first, but after spending my whole pregnancy with her I realized she was just always listening to my signs and symptoms to ensure all is well. She is very sweet, patient and listens to all your concerns. Nurse Maria is AMAZING in the office always smiling no matter how busy she gets. The ladies are great in the front they become your family and always make sure you’re comfortable.
