We are able to effectively manage the situation, and ensure our patients receive the very best care available. When an illness calls for further attention with a specialist, we are often able to secure appointments quickly within our large group of specialty colleagues. We provide treatment for many ailments.

Many of our patients have health insurance plans that cover the cost, including co-pay, of a yearly preventative health care visit— otherwise known as your annual physical.

Generally, insurance companies cover a predetermined list of components that are considered part of you physical. During your annual physical you may expect that your provider will do the following:

Gather or update your comprehensive medical history
Outline plans for the reduction of risk factors
Provide interventions or counseling to improve overall health
*Order appropriate laboratory/ diagnostic procedures based on your personal medical conditions

*Order and/ or administer appropriate immunizations

*Manage medications

Our Main focus is management of chronic diseases: high blood pressure, diabetes, depression, obesity, high cholesterol, and anxiety to name a few. Patients diagnosed with chronic illnesses will be asked to schedule an office visit in-between your yearly visit. These follow up appointments are used to monitor a patients continuing health. Appointments can encompass issues such as medication management, monitoring chronic problems and mental health.
