DR. DENNIZ ZOLNOUN
Dr. Zolnoun is a nationally recognized pioneer in the field of urogenital pain. Dr. Zolnoun was a founding member and the medical director of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill Urogenital Pain and peripheral nerve clinic in the department of plastic and reconstructive surgery. She has served as an associate professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Surgery. Recognizing her efforts in research and advancement of science in women’s health, she was awarded “The Medtronic Prize for Scientific Contributions to Woman’s Health” 2011. Her clinical practice addresses unmet needs of men and women with urogenital pain.
While at Womens Care of Bradenton, she will be able to provide clinical services in managing patients with recalcitrant pain of urogenital origin following surgery, child birth, chemotherapy and radiation.
