Why Our Practice?
Welcome to Women’s Health of South Broward. My goal is to provide women’s health care that feels personal, attentive, and never rushed. I want every patient to feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing her concerns.
I was born and raised in South Florida. I graduated from The University of Florida, where I majored in Neuroscience. In 2003, I graduated from Medical school at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL. I completed my OB/GYN residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital.
I believe good care starts with strong patient relationships, clear communication, and individualized treatment. Whether you are here for preventive care, pregnancy, gynecologic concerns, hormonal changes, menopause, or wellness, I am here to help you understand your options and feel confident in your health.
Family is also an important part of my life. As a husband and father of two sons, I understand the importance of balancing health, family, work, and everyday life — and I bring that perspective into the way I care for my patients.

NURSE PRACTITIONER
I’ve been working with Dr. Bratter for more than 10 years and I have been a Nurse practitioner since 2019. Originally from Venezuela, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients, helping them navigate their health and wellness. I’m passionate about providing care that’s not only evidence-based but also empathetic and supportive. My goal is always to empower my patients with the knowledge and confidence they need to take control of their health. I’m always learning and staying up-to-date with the latest in women’s health to make sure I’m giving the best care possible. Outside of work, I’m a mom and a wife, so I know how to juggle a busy life! Balancing family and work keeps me grounded and motivated to make a positive impact on my patients’ lives.
Colette Madar
OFFICE MANAGER
I was born in Scotland and moved to Florida in 1985. I graduated from St. John Ogilvie High School and I have been working in the area of ob/gyn since 1987. I love what I do.
I worked for a large practice for 22 years and gained a wealth of experience in ob/gyn. When Dr. Bratter decided to open up his own practice it was a great honor for me to make the move with him.
Over the years I have made wonderful relationships with our patients and feel like they are part of our office family. It is a great pleasure to once again be able to get to know our new patients and provide them with the individual and personal care that they deserve.
