Meet the Providers
Thomas Toussaint MD, FACOG, MIS
Dr. Toussaint is an Board Certified OB\GYN doctor with over 25 years of experience. He is fellowship trained with a focus on pelvic floor disorders and pelvic reconstruction. He completed his residency in East Meadow, New York at the Nassau Medical Center. He then went on to Atlanta, Georgia to complete a post-graduate fellowship in Minimally Invasive and Robotic Surgery at Gynecology and Reproductive Surgery where he studied under Dr. Nezhat. He moved to the sunshine state in 2015 with his family. He enjoys soccer and is a big advocate for medical missionary work in Haiti.
Dr. Toussaint has made it his mission to place his patients’ satisfaction above all else. He is a long-time medical professional who knows how important it is to connect with his patients on a personal level. His individualized care, personalized attention, and compassionate approach set him and his practice apart from the rest. Belén Blanco, MD (Venezuela), APRN,

Belén Blanco is a highly skilled and compassionate women’s health specialist with over 20 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology. Originally a medical doctor from Venezuela, she has built a distinguished career in both hospital and private practice settings, providing comprehensive care to women at every stage of life.
Dr. Blanco earned a reputation for clinical excellence and patient-centered care, specializing in prenatal and postnatal care, gynecologic surgery, and preventive medicine. Her dedication to advancing women’s health led her to play a pivotal role in maternal health initiatives, high-risk pregnancy management, and reproductive care in some of Venezuela’s most respected medical institutions.
