Dr. Thomas Toussaint is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist with over 25 years of clinical experience, specializing in urogynecology, pelvic floor disorders, and minimally invasive robotic surgery. As the founder and medical director of the Pelvic Laser Institute of Florida, he provides world-class, compassionate women’s healthcare to patients across Ocoee, Orlando, and Central Florida.
Following his residency in New York, Dr. Toussaint completed a highly competitive fellowship in Minimally Invasive and Robotic Surgery under world-renowned pioneer Dr. Ceana Nezhat in Atlanta. He later served as a Clinical Instructor for the University of Illinois School of Medicine. Today, he brings elite surgical expertise to Florida, offering advanced treatments for pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, endometriosis, and complex gynecologic conditions.
Fluent in English, Spanish, French, Haitian Creole, and Portuguese, Dr. Toussaint is celebrated for his exceptional bedside manner and dedication to personalized care. He is affiliated with top-rated facilities, including AdventHealth Orlando and Orlando Health Regional Medical Center.

Belén Blanco, APRN, FNP-C, is a highly skilled women’s health specialist with over 34 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology. Originally trained as a medical doctor (OB/GYN) in Venezuela, she now practices as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in the U.S., bringing a unique blend of advanced clinical expertise and holistic, patient-centered care to the Pelvic Laser Institute of Florida.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Belén specializes in prenatal and postnatal care, hormone therapy, preventive screenings, and reproductive health. Her decades of experience across hospital and private practice settings allow her to handle both routine and complex women’s health concerns with confidence and compassion.
