Pelvic Floor Therapy & Rehab

Pelvic Floor Therapy and Rehab includes a variety of physical therapy workouts specifically designed to help you improve your sexual function, to ease stress, to strengthen your pelvic floor, and to help your muscles relax when it’s time for them to recover.

Pelvic pain is a lot more common than people think. Studies have shown women have better outcomes later in life if pelvic floor therapy was part of their recovery in the post partum. Our in-office rehab allows us to put special emphasis on prevention by teaching you preventative techniques.
