Telemedicine appointments are available now!

We’re here for you.

We understand that you may have questions and concerns about the current coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis. We want you to know that our practice is preparing to the fullest extent possible while providing you with top-of-the-line care.

Our highest priority is the health and safety of our patients, families, and staff. We are exercising increased precautions to reduce the risk of patients’ exposure to COVID-19, including frequent sanitation of exam rooms, waiting rooms, and reception areas. We’re also communicating necessary steps with patients who think they have related symptoms to ensure the safety of other patients and staff.

In order to keep patients and staff safe, we will be changing our normal operations to reflect the following:

  • We ask that you come alone to appointments if possible. If someone needs to accompany you, please ensure they are healthy.
  • If you have traveled in the last two weeks, please kindly reschedule your visit for two weeks following your return.
  • Check-in will take place once you have met out Medical Assistant outside the office and have been screened (at this time your symptoms and temperature will be recorded).
  • We are offering telemedicine visits if you are not comfortable coming into the office. Please call the office for more information and schedule a virtual visit 954-475-4000.

To continuously ensure a healthy and safe environment for our patients and staff during the COVID-19 health crisis, we are not accepting walk-ins until further notice. Patients who are sick, are asked to call our practice for setting up or coordinating care.

COVID-19 testing service

Due to limited availability of protective gear, our office is NOT currently testing for COVID-19. We recommend you visit the emergency department to get tested for COVID-19 as they have infectious disease protocols or contact the County Health Department or Florida Department of Health for availability of testing.

If our practice temporarily closes for thorough sanitation or to limit the spread of disease, we will make every attempt to contact you in advance of your planned visit.

For more information, do not hesitate to call the office. Please know we are here to care for all your healthcare needs throughout this crisis. We encourage you to visit coronavirus.gov to help you stay up to date with the latest developments.
