Arlene Pijeira has served as the Practice Administrator for three and a half years and has been part of South Miami Women’s Health for over 18 years. She began her career with the practice at 19 years old in the Medical Records Department. Over the years, Arlene has pursued additional growth opportunities, stepping away four times to advance her education in healthcare and business administration.
 
Arlene holds a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Business Management. She is compassionate, supportive, and dedicated to the physicians, patients, and employees she works alongside. Arlene is a strong advocate for mental health, work-life balance, and uplifting those in need.
 
Outside of work, Arlene enjoys working out, journaling, spending quality time with her husband and children, and planning her next adventure.
