Dr. Mackenzie Grady

Mackenzie Grady, M.D, M.P.H.

Dr. Mackenzie Grady is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist with advanced training in trial of labor after cesarean section and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri where she attended Washington University for her undergraduate studies. There she double majored in Biology and Spanish and subsequently moved to Miami for her medical training. Prior to medical school, Dr. Grady received a Masters of Public Health from the University of Miami. While in medical school at the University of Miami, Dr. Grady was a selected member of the Jay Weiss Institute for Health Equity Pathway in Social Medicine in addition to serving as an executive board member of the Medical Students In Action yearly mission trip to the Dominican Republic.

During her residency training at the University of Miami/Jackson Health System she was the recipient of the Award for Outstanding Minimally Invasive Surgery Resident given by the Society of Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgeons, the Jackson Health System CARE Values Certificate of Excellence Award, and the William J. LeMarie Award for Outstanding Performance in Gynecologic Endocrinology.

Dr. Grady’s formation as a physician is one grounded in empathy and a deep understanding for how structural racism, implicit bias, and discrimination leads to healthcare inequity. Dr. Grady is committed to providing the highest quality care through a patient centered approach designed to support and empower. Dr. Grady is a proud LGBTQ+ ally and welcomes all patients to her practice. Fluent in Spanish and English.
