Letisha B. Jefferson, M.D., F.A.A.P.

Dr. Letisha Jefferson joined The Carithers Pediatric Group in August 2015. She considers herself a native of Huntsville, Alabama but has lived in several places due to her father’s military career, including Germany and Kansas.
 
Dr. Jefferson attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she received her bachelor and medical degrees. Subsequently, she completed her Pediatric Residency and a Chief Resident year at the University of Tennessee in Memphis where she trained at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
 
Dr. Jefferson is a board-certified pediatrician who is proud to be a part of such a distinguished practice. She enjoys taking care of children of all ages and helping families navigate through all stages of development.
