Dr. Jennifer Anne Romero grew up in New Jersey. She worked as an emergency medical technician and respiratory therapist in South Jersey hospitals while attending Georgian Court University in Lakewood, NJ where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Art and Biology. She attended osteopathic medical school at Nova Southeastern University where she was the president of the student council. Dr. Romero did her internship and residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL and was named intern of the year. She published an article in the American Journal of Family Practice on Isoniazid Overdose. She has worked for many years with the medically underserved community of Hendry County and is a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Department of Family Medicine at Nova Southeastern University and Florida International University, School of Medicine. Dr. Romero believes that medicine is a science but caring for people humanistically is an art.

Manella Family Practice is one of the best medical offices I have been to. Dr Edele is a great doc. He actually talks with you about everything in words that make sense and listens and remembers what was discussed in previous appointments. I recommended him to a co worker who went as was very happy with the treatment he received as well. Top notch doctor and top notch practice!

Dr. Edele listened to me about my medical issues and concerns. He is very knowledgeable about everything we discussed and knew what specific treatments would be effective in alleviating my symptoms and resolving the issue.
