Visits are by appointments only. Please arrive 10 mins prior to appointment time. This allows the staff time to update any required information (forms, insurance, etc)
Walk-ins
Walk-in patients without scheduled appointments will be offered the next available appointment
Late arrivals
We encourage you to call the office If running late. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule for a later time if available
Forms + Paperwork
Forms dropped off in office may take up to 3 business days.
FMLA paperwork, insurance letters or any letter on behalf of the patient may have a 7-10 day turnaround time . The office will call when they are complete.
