Dr. Parikh completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency at New York University Langone Health in Manhattan, New York, where he served as Chief Resident. There, Dr. Parikh was awarded Resident Teacher of the Year. Dr. Parikh completed his fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where he specialized in breast imaging. Upon completion of his training, he served in an academic capacity as an attending radiologist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
He has authored and co-authored several peer reviewed articles in multiple esteemed journals including Radiographics, American Journal of Roentgenology (AJR), and the Journal of the American College of Radiology (JACR). He is recognized for his published works in breast cancer, artificial intelligence and radiology education.
Additionally, he has presented in multiple national conferences in the field of breast imaging, including the American College of Radiology (ACR) and the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA).
Dr. Parikh currently serves in a leadership role on a committee in the Society of Breast Imaging (SBI).
