Watching him care so deeply for his patients ignited a similar passion in me and ultimately guided my path into women’s health. I am truly honored to be part of this practice—it is not only the practice that delivered me, but also where my love for this field first began.”
Francesca’s journey into healthcare began right here in Miami. A true SMOGA baby herself, she grew up with a passion for helping others. She began her studies at Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart where she graduated with high honors. She then completed her undergraduate studies at Boston College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. After four years up north, she returned home to Miami and joined our practice as a medical assistant to our very own Dr. Martinez – an experience that inspired her to pursue nursing.
Francesca went on to complete the University of Miami’s accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, where she also later earned her Master of Science in Nursing. She gained invaluable patient experience working as an emergency room nurse at both Jackson Memorial Hospital and Baptist South Miami Hospital. There, she developed clinical judgement, resilience, and a deep appreciation for caring for patients during their most vulnerable moments. In 2024, Francesca proudly returned to the practice as an APRN at the very place where her passion for women’s health first took root.
She brings a warm, patient-centered approach to her work and is dedicated to supporting women through every stage of life with compassion, respect, and genuine connection.
