BOTOX® Cosmetic
What is BOTOX® Cosmetic?
Botox Cosmetic is a purified neurotoxin that has been approved by the FDA for both medical and cosmetic use. Medically, Botox has been used to treat excessive sweating, chronic migraines, an overactive bladder, and lazy eye. When injected into your muscles by a trained and highly experienced healthcare professional, this FDA-approved injectable can temporarily eliminate cosmetic issues, such as:
- Horizontal lines on your forehead
- Two vertical lines between your eyebrows (the 11 lines, also known as the glabellar lines) and your eyes
- Crow’s feet (the laugh lines around your eyes)
- Smoker’s lines (vertical creases above and on your lips)
How does BOTOX® work?
BOTOX is an injectable that works by relaxing the muscles that cause horizontal forehead line, vertical lines between your eyebrows, laugh lines around your eyes, and fine lines around your mouth. smile lines, forehead lines, as well as fine lines around the eyes and mouth. The result is smoother, more youthful skin.
How long does BOTOX® last?
There is generally no down-time and most patients find they do not need the topical anesthetic we offer in the office. Pain is very minimal and the injections are quick and so are the results. Often you will see the difference in your wrinkles, or lack of them, within 24-28 hours, though the full results may take 10-14 days. In general, the cosmetic benefits of Botox injections last 3 months.
Dysport®
What is Dysport®?
Like Botox, Dysport® is a purified neurotoxin that has been approved by the FDA for both medical and cosmetic use. Medically, Dysport® has been used in adults to treat cervical dystonia as well as muscle spasms and stiffness in the hands, arms, legs and feet in adults and children over the age of 2. When injected into your muscles by a trained and highly experienced esthetics healthcare professional, this FDA-approved injectable is most effective in temporarily reducing the glabellar lines, the two vertical lines between your eyebrows.
The Dysport® injection is recommended for treating moderate or severe glabellar wrinkles in individuals under the age of 65. It relaxes the muscles under your skin so the area is smoother and the results are natural.
You will generally see results in 2-3 days and the results will last for 3-4 months.
Morpheus 8®
What is Morpheus 8®?
While Botox and Dysport are injectable treatments, Morpheus8 is an FDA-cleared non-invasive fractional radiofrequency treatment that stimulates collagen production and improves your skin’s appearance.
What Can Morpheus 8® Treat?
Morpheus 8® is effective for all skin types and can be used safely on any area of your skin that could benefit from resurfacing and subdermal rejuvenation. The most commonly treated areas include the face, periorbital area, abdomen, thighs, legs, and buttocks.

VI Peel®
What is a VI Peel®?
A VI Peel® is a 30-minute moderate-depth chemical peel that uses a synergistic blend of salicylic acid, retinoic acid, Vitamin C, TCA, and phenol to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, lighten sun spots and discoloration, reduce acne scarring and improve skin texture.
Like other chemical peels, a VI Peel works by exfoliating the top layer of your skin and stimulating collagen and elastin production. Safe and effective for all age groups and skin tones, the result is glowing healthy skin from the inside out.

Here is how Vi Peel works:
One of our trained nurse practitioners will:
- Cleanse your face.
- Apply multiple layers of the peel. You may feel some tingling after the second application.

- Three days later, your skin will start peeling. It is best not to scrub or peel the skin to avoid infection or irritation.
How long does the VI Peel last?
Three-four months is standard. But in our experience, proper aftercare is the key. By keeping out of the sun and applying sunscreen both before and after your treatment, your glowing skin will last longer than the standard.
