I am lucky to be in an OB-GYN practice where my role has grown and evolved from wellness to family planning through pregnancy and childbirth and now esthetics. By providing a combination of OB-GYN care and esthetic services, I believe I am able to offer fully comprehensive women’s healthcare and ultimately, help my patients look, feel and be the best version of themselves.
Born and raised in Miami, Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami School of Nursing & Health Studies.
Jennifer worked as a clinical nurse in maternal child nursing and labor and delivery for six years at South Miami Hospital before joining South Miami OB-GYN Associates in 2010 as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN). In her role as APRN, Jennifer works in the Doral and South Miami offices as well as South Miami Hospital, providing OB-GYN care, pelvic floor rehabilitation, vaginal rejuvenation therapy, and esthetic services.

First of all, South Miami OBGYN is the best office around for woman’s health. Throughout my pregnancy (through Covid) my nurse practitioner Jennifer McNally, took such good care of me and calmed my nerves through the entire process. After I was finished breastfeeding, she told me about the Morpheus 8 machine. I had to try it. I went for three sessions and my face has never looked better. The machine plumped my skin, reduced my scars and melisma, and gave me a glow I haven’t seen in a long time. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and professional. I can’t wait to go back again!
