Dr. Perez-Silva was born and raised in Miami. She has completed all of her education locally, graduating high school at Our Lady of Lourdes Academy in 1996 and later completing her undergraduate training and medical school at the University of Miami, graduating with the highest honors including membership in Phi Beta Kappa, Alpha Omega Alpha and receipt of the Warren W. Quillian Award for Excellence in Pediatrics. She completed her internship and residency in Pediatrics at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics. She currently lives with her husband and son in Coral Gables.

Dr. Cordero was born and raised in Miami. She graduated from Coral Gables Senior High School in 1992 and later obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami. A move with her husband to Texas led her to complete medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch Galveston where she graduated Alpha Omega Alpha. After medical school she returned home to Miami for her internship and residency in Pediatrics at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, where she served an additional year as the Pediatric Chief Resident. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics. She lives with her husband and three children in Miami.

Dr. Utset was born in Chattanooga, TN, where she worked (and played) in her grandmother’s pediatric office for many summers. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for her undergraduate training, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. She completed medical school at Vanderbilt University, where she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha. She was honored with the Mildred T. Stahlman Award for Excellence in Pediatrics, as well as a Doris Duke Research Fellowship. Dr. Utset did her pediatrics residency at Northwestern University/Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago, IL, where she also served as Chief Resident and completed an Academic General Pediatrics fellowship. Prior to moving to Miami, she was an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Medical Director of the Primary Care Research Network at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH. She lives with her husband, a Miami-born Pediatric Orthopedic Oncologist at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, and their two children.

Dr. Gomathy Mohan is a native of Southern India. She graduated in 1993 from Madurai Medical College in Madurai, India. She completed her pediatric residency at the Children’s Hospital of New Jersey, Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.

Dr. Martell truly admires his practice. He feels, one of the aspects of being a Pediatrician is the relationships you build with your patients and their family. It is mind boggling to him that he is now filling out college forms for patients that he saw in the hospital when they were first born.

Dr. Cadiz is originally from Coral Springs and was a graduate of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. Dr. Cadiz is also a “third generation” pediatrician – as both his father and grandfather practiced pediatrics.

Dr. Miller completed the six-year medical program at Boston University and did her pediatric residency at North Shore University Hospital, New York. She has been with Sawgrass Pediatrics since 1994.

Dr. Mussary joined our practice in March 2005. He graduated from University of South Florida College of Medicine and completed his pediatric residency at the University of South Florida Affiliated Hospital.

Susan Shulman, D.O. joined Sawgrass Pediatrics in 2000. She graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania and completed her residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia.

Dr. Di Liddo graduated from the University of Miami School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. She has been with Sawgrass Pediatrics since 1999. Dr. Di Liddo also speaks Spanish.

Dr. Michelle Snyder joined our practice in March 2022. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her pediatrics residency at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital, a University of Florida affiliated program.

Dr. Ilana Gersowsky joined our practice in September 2024. She graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her pediatrics residency at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.
