She earned a B.S. in biomedical engineering from Northwestern University, but decided she would rather care for patients directly. In 2003 Dr. Saldana obtained her Medical Degree from the University of Florida (go gators!) College of Medicine and completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Washington, DC at George Washington University Hospital.
