This SMS Consent Policy (“Policy”) outlines how Pediatric After Hours, LLC d/b/a First Call collects and uses the mobile number provided by the User (the individual interacting with the Services) to send SMS (text) communications. The Services include the practice’s website and any associated tools, platforms, or communications systems that link to this Policy.

The purpose of this Policy is to inform the User about the nature of SMS messages they may receive, including the frequency, cost implications, opt-out instructions, and the commitment to protecting the User’s privacy.
