Screening patients before they visit the office
To support those experiencing symptoms of illness and protect those who are not, TopLine MD affiliated practices are screening patients before their appointments to best support you and the community. Some practices have also added patient intake forms to be completed online prior to their in-person appointments.

A diagnostic PCR test indicates if you are currently infected. These tests are considered most accurate when performed properly, and results are available within 2 to 3 days as tests are typically sent to an outside lab.
A diagnostic rapid antigen test detects if you are currently infected and produces same-day results. Positive results are considered very accurate, but there is a chance of receiving false negative results.
An antibody test will show if you have had coronavirus in the past and have produced antibodies. Having antibodies may protect from getting COVID-19 again, but it is unknown how long the antibodies will last and protect you.
