Dr. Hara Rosen Berger is a board-certified Endocrinologist. She completed her fellowship in Endocrinology at the University of Miami and Jackson Memorial Hospital where she was Chief Fellow. She enjoys practicing general endocrinology and
has a special emphasis on women’s reproductive endocrine issues (polycystic ovarian syndrome, infertility, female athlete triad, endocrine disorders in pregnancy, menopause management, osteoporosis, and metabolic syndrome) and thyroid
disorders (hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, thyroid disease in pregnancy, and thyroid nodules). She is expert in thyroid ultrasound and performs thyroid nodules biopsies.
Dr. Kristine Tibavisky was born in Ft. Lauderdale, and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. She graduated cum laude from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience. She was a charter class member of the University
of Central Florida College of Medicine and graduated in 2014. She completed her residency training at the University of Florida College of Medicine- Jacksonville. In her free time she enjoys traveling with her husband, movies, music, and
spending time with her family. She is thrilled to return to her home town and join Women’s Health Partners.
Dr. Lauren Feingold has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology in Boca Raton since 2005. She received a B.S. Degree at Binghamton University and graduated Cum Laude with a major in Biology. She earned her medical degree at New York College
Of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001. She then completed a four year residency program at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, New York, where she was Chief Resident in her final year. She received her board certification in January 2008.
Dr. Kaufman has been practicing in South Florida since 1986. His college education was completed at Penn State University and he graduated and trained at Temple University Medical School and Hospital where he was Chief Resident. His practice
is now limited to Gynecology where he specializes in minimally invasive surgical techniques for fibroids, abnormal menses, tubal sterilization, and stress incontinence. Dr. Kaufman also treats menopause and libido issues including natural
hormone therapies. He believes in helping the patient understand the reasons behind their treatment as well as careful attention to patient safety when performing surgery.
Dr. Newman has been practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology in Boca Raton since 1988. He combines his 30 years of experience with a kind and calm demeanor to provide the highest quality of care in obstetrics, gynecology, and gynecologic surgery.
Dr. Rudolph has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology in Boca Raton since 1994. The daughter of a prominent Miami Ob-Gyn, she received her undergraduate degree at Barnard College, Columbia University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Dr Rudolph earned her medical degree at The University of Health Sciences/ The Chicago Medical School. She completed her residency training at The University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital where she was Chief Resident. Dr Rudolph,
a native Floridian, resides in Boca Raton with her husband and two daughters. Her passion as a physician is providing exceptional medical care, in a warm compassionate manner at every stage of life.
Dr. Arcelin graduated from Tufts university with a double major in biology and international relations in 1989. In 1993, he graduated from the Georgetown University School of Medicine. He continued his education with a four year residency
training program in obstetrics & gynecology at the University of Florida Health Science Center. He was Chief Resident in his final year and he obtained his board certification in 1999. He has been in private practice since 1997. His
area of interest has been in advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic gynecologic techniques, minimally invasive surgery, including the use of the da Vinci Robotic Surgery System. Habla Español.
Dr. Rachel Ciaccio graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. She received her medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. She completed her residency training
at Winthrop University Hospital on Long Island. The final year she served as Chief Resident. She became board certified in 2004. She subsequently was in private practice in Westerly, RI for five years, during which time she also served
as chief of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is pleased to return to her home town by joining Women’s Health Partners and looks forward continuing to bring kindness and excellent care to her patients.
Dr. Tara Ruberg graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2007 with a degree in Neuroscience and French. She received her medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago, IL. While attending medical school, she started a non-profit organization
focused on providing preventive health screening and education to uninsured women, inspiring her passion for Women’s Health. She then completed her residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical
Center in Columbus, OH. After residency, she was in practice in Philadelphia for four years before moving to Boca Raton. She is board certified as well as a certified menopause practitioner. Her interests include contraception counseling,
infertility, and care of peri- and postmenopausal women. She also has a special interest in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and has 8 years of experience performing surgery with the da Vinci Robotic Surgical System. Dr. Ruberg is
committed to providing high-quality care and counseling to empower her patients to make the best choices for their individual healthcare needs. She brings the same philosophies and commitment to patient care you have come to expect at

Dr. Figueira graduated from Florida State University with a major in Biological Sciences in 2013. She went on to complete medical school at the Florida State College of Medicine where she graduated with high honors. She continued her medical
education with a four-year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Emory University School of Medicine where she was awarded a resident award for excellence in laparoscopic surgery.
