Dr. Lenny Sukienik has lived and practiced in Florida for the past twenty- six years. He moved to Wellington Florida after completing his Internal Medicine Residency in New York City. He graduated from State University of New York at Binghamton where he obtained his Bachelors of Science degree in Bio/Psychology. He then went onto medical school at New York College Osteopathic Medicine (NYCOM).
Dr. Sukienik graduated from NYCOM in 1991 then completed his rotating internship at St. Clare’s Hospital IN NYC (Hell’s Kitchen) and his Residency in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center (the Lower East side of Manhattan). Upon successful completion of both he moved to Wellington, Florida with his wife and two children where he has been practicing Adult Primary Care Medicine in the Western Communities for twenty-six years.
He has served as Chief of Medicine at Palms West Hospital, in addition to serving on many Healthcare oriented Boards and Community organizations. He is most proud of being a founding member of Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization, a Medicare Shared Savings program, having served as it’s first Chairman and being instrumental in the growth of that organization.
